step by step installation universal oscillation circuit in power supply
processes of installing universal oscillation circuit
- first check the sorting on secondary side main capacitor 100uf 160v OR 220uf 160v
- if sorting is there then solve it
- if sorting is not there then remove EHT SUPPLY
- then after connect the 100W bulb on the main capacitor of secondary side ie. 100uf 160v
- then come in primary side fist remove the transistor or STR
- after removing STR or transistor check the voltage in primary side main capacitor 300V ok or not
- if 300V is not come primary side main capacitor then fist correct the 300V voltage
- if 300V OK then connect the RED WIRE on transistor collector and BLACK WIRE on ground power supply
- GREEN WIRE connect optocoupler show in fig .
- secondary side voltage is adjust by using variable resistance in side oscillation circuit
- pad is use to avoid the body connection to the circuit this is place back side of FET

how repair power supply when voltage is not present in secondary side
- how repair power supply step by step checking mathod
- first check to 300V on primary side main capacitor
- Before checking the primary side first open the eht (fly back transform) 110V supply jumper
- 300V is not present .(I)Solution:- check diode bridge ,fuse,mains wire
- 300V present but voltage is not come on secondary side (I)solution:- check the transformer drive transistor e.g 1802 or STR 8656 etc when it fault then replace it and also check the two 120k ohm resistor also check the small pf capacitor
- check the transistor near the uptocupler transistor number is C1015 or C764
- also check the transistor C2655 OR C3807
